Baiskoafu ("Baiskoafu", "we", "our", "us") operates the Baiskoafu website and the Baiskoafu mobile application ("Baiskoafu Services" or the "Services"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our Services. By using our Services, you are agreeing to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

• Registration information:  Registration is required to use Baiskoafu Services. During registration, we collect your first name, last name, age, and email id. Please note that you cannot access Baiskoafu Services without providing this information. Once you are registered, you can sign in with your email and password or your Google or Facebook account.
• Account Information: Your username, your real name (both first name and last name), date of birth, email address, phone number, your state, province, city and postal code.
• Communications: All your communication with us either through email or the Baiskoafu website is collected by us.

Information We Collect Automatically

Besides the information we collect at the time of your registration, we automatically collect certain information when you engage with the application or use our Services.

The information we collect automatically includes:

• Usage Information: We collect standard web server log information, which includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, time and date of access, type of web browser, pages viewed, time spent on those pages, features engaged with, the referral URL, and the pages you have viewed before or after using Baiskoafu.
• Device Information: We collect certain device-specific information, which includes your device ID, model, brand, operating system, device settings, mobile device and advertising identifiers, battery level, time zones, device events or error logs. Collecting this information helps us provide you the same superior experience across devices.
• Location Information: We collect data on your general location by identifying the IP address. We collect your location information to track from where our Services are used as well as to provide you personalized location-based services.
• Information Collected via Cookies: Cookies are small text files that help keep track of your activity when you visit websites. Information From Integrated Services

Facebook and Google Authentication Information: You can sign into Baiskoafu through Facebook and Google. When you use these single-sign ons, you allow us to collect your username and encrypted password, and other information mentioned below:

• Information collected by Facebook, such as user ID, name (first name and last name), gender, location, time zone, profile picture, and birthday. In case you do not want us to access all of this information, you can limit it in your Facebook privacy and data settings.
• Information collected by Google, including Google+ user ID, username, email, date of birth, gender and Google avatar. You can modify the information we obtain from Google by changing your Google activity controls.

Information from Third-Party Companies

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers") to provide the Services on our behalf (such as analyzing the performance of our Services) and perform Service-related tasks. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obliged not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We use the data we obtain from you and third-party sources for the following purposes:

If you are located outside the Maldives and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including your personal data to the Maldives and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Baiskoafu will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal data is made to another organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Our Services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site. Your Rights and Choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold on you. We retain this information as long as you use our Services. You can request for your personal information to be deleted at any time. However, we may have to retain it for a longer period based on our processing, legal, and security requirements.

Please note that we may reject requests for changes to your information if they are deemed unreasonable, such as when those changes involve extensive effort or are likely to expose us to any form of risk. Subscription 

Subscribing to Baiskoafu gives Baiskoafu app users privileged access to premium content. Baiskoafu app users who subscribe via In-App purchase options are eligible for a 3-day free trial during which period they can access all content on Baiskoafu for free. Premium access is limited to any two devices (mobile and TV) at a time for subscribed users. Once the free trial period is over, paid subscription will be automatically activated and users will be charged $11.99 per month. Baiskoafu app users who subscribe via Dhiraagu and BML will be given additional 3 days of free subscription when their initial subscription is activated. Subscription charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Baiskoafu subscription is valid for 30 days, starting from the date of subscription. Subscriptions made via Dhiraagu and In-app purchase options will automatically renewed unless the current subscription is cancelled before the the date of expiration.

If a user cancels their subscription before the end of the free trial period, they will still be eligible for the 3-day free trial offer and will not be charged. If a user cancels the existing subscription before it expires, the user will still have access to the premium content until the date of expiration.

Baiskoafu subscription can be activated through the following payment options:

1. Dhiraagu: Baiskoafu app users with Dhiraagu phone numbers can subscribe for MVR199 via Dhiraagu Subscription portal on Baiskoafu Website baiskoafu.com. For prepaid numbers, the subscription payment will be deducted from phone balance and for postpaid numbers, subscription charge pf MVR199 will be added to the monthly phone bill. Subscriptions made via Dhiraagu is auto-renewed after 30 days, IF the current subscription is not cancelled/unsubscribed before the the date of exipiration. Each unique subscriber will be awarded extra 3 days of free subscription with their first subscription.
2. BML: All Baiskoafu users can subscribe for MVR199 via BML payment gateway system. This payment option can be accessed from Baiskoafu website baiskoafu.com. Subscriptions made via BML will not be auto-renewed. Each unique subscriber will be awarded extra 3 days of free subscription with their first subscription.
3. Google Playstore In-App purchase: Android mobile users can subscribe for USD11.99 via Google Playstore In-App purchase. Each unique subscriber will be eligible for 3-day free trial period. If the subscription is not cancelled in the 3-day- Free trial period, subscriber will be charged USD11.99 after the free trial period, and the subscription will be activated for 30 days. In-app subscription will be auto-renewed after 30days, IF the current subscription is not cancelled/unsubscribed before the the date of exipiration.
4. iOS In-App purchase: iOS users can subscribe for USD11.99 via AppleStore In-App purchase. Each unique subscriber will be eligible for 3-day free trial period. If the subscription is not cancelled in the 3-day- Free trial period, subscriber will be charged USD11.99 after the free trial period, and the subscription will be activated for 30 days. In-app subscription will be auto-renewed after 30days, IF the current subscription is not cancelled/unsubscribed before the the date of expiration.

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, and modification. At the same time, we cannot guarantee complete security of the data transmitted over the Internet. We recommend that you use a strong and unique password for your account, monitor its use, and sign off whenever you stop using our Services.

Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The new Privacy Policy will be updated on this page with the "Last amended" date below. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
